Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (SAS + R) to join our fully embedded client program and own reporting and analysis activities for sponsor trials.

You will work with autonomy, delivering high-quality datasets, tables, listings and figures while ensuring compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines. You will lead programming efforts across SDTM/ADaM specifications, oversee CRO deliverables, and collaborate with biostatistics, data management, and regulatory teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics.
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in biotech/pharma.
• Strong SAS programming expertise and CDISC SDTM/ADaM knowledge.
• Experience with FDA/ICH regulation and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer’s guide and define.xml files for multiple studies
• Develop SAS programs which generate datasets, complex listings, tables, and graphs
• Deliver high-quality statistical programming results using SAS and/or R
• Oversee CROs' programming deliverables for multiple studies to meet timelines
• Support preparation of CSR, regulatory submissions, publications, DSUR, and exploratory analyses
• Understand and follow FDA regulations for reporting clinical trial data
• Contribute to creation/validation of standards for programming tools and macros
• Develop CRFs, edit check specifications, and data validation plans
• Provide review/author data transfer specifications for external vendor data
• Collaborate with internal/external functions to meet project timelines
• Provide SOPs and Work Instructions related to statistical programming practices
