Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer to work remotely with a global pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on SAS and R programming, SDTM/ADaM specifications, and regulatory submissions with minimum supervision and strong leadership expectations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in clinical development biometrics, excellent communication, and experience overseeing CRO programming deliverables. Remote setup supports across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics preferred.
• 7+ years of Statistical Programmer experience in Biotech/Pharma Clinical Development or similar team.
• Strong SAS programming skills and experience with SDTM/ADaM/Define.xml.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH regulations and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to work independently and lead across CROs and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM and ADaM specifications and datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to produce datasets, listings, tables and graphs; collaborate with statisticians.
• Deliver high-quality programming outputs and maintain SAS/R programs for clinical programs.
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables to ensure timelines and quality.
• Support preparation of CSRs, regulatory submissions and exploratory analyses.
