Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with product management, frontend teams, and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver features.
• Architect and implement robust data models and database solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on backend systems.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
• Expertise in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous communication patterns.
