TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1 245 505 TO R1 610 444 PER ANNUM ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a relevant three-year tertiary qualification
  • Eight (8) years or more relevant experience
  • Data management, planning and project management experience will be advantageous.

Key performance areas:

  • Oversee the management of recruitment planning and targeted recruitment projects
  • Ensure that annual staffing plans are developed through effective talent sourcing strategies, incorporate scenario planning and internal capacity building, anticipate and predict staffing growth, include strategies for sourcing scarce and critical skills and managing consequential vacancies, and integrate into annual staffing plans
  • Oversee and conduct research on best practices as well as Continuous Improvement opportunities for the strategic staffing function
  • Ensure compliance with staffing policies and oversee and facilitate recruitment projects and campaigns and related outputs
  • Integrate risk management by systematically identifying and addressing staffing-related potential risks
  • Ensure the optimal utilisation of human resources within the Strategic Staffing branch.
