Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mining Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 15 years of extensive mining engineering experience in underground and open-pit operations.
• Expertise with mine planning software such as Deswik, Vulcan, Surpac and AutoCAD.
• PE or equivalent registration is required and demonstrated leadership in complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders remotely.
