Working across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Residential, and Industrial sectors, this Warrington-based role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects without being pulled between numerous assignments. It challenges your ability to balance time and organization with your engineering skills.

You will work on major projects, including a new hospital with a build value of £M, a life sciences project in Manchester (£80M), and new build projects in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. Additionally, you will be involved in converting an old department store into a hotel.

Developing designs through RIBA Stages 1-4, you will follow a structured process with guidance from an experienced team of engineers working with repeat clients. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you are expected to work autonomously on these projects, with support from the Associate Director when needed.

You will be provided with a laptop equipped with IES and Revit licenses, and training can be arranged for these packages if necessary.

A degree in engineering and CEng status or working towards it are beneficial but not essential.

The role involves a 35-hour workweek, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Remote work is permitted, but employees are encouraged to work from the Warrington or other offices three days a week to facilitate teamwork.
