Role Overview
As a Principal Consultant Geologist, you will be based in the Johannesburg office and play a vital role in delivering pre-sales activities for Micromine Origin, a robust solution for exploration, modeling, and resource estimation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and foster strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customers' business challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations effectively.
- Manage proof-of-concept projects.
- Utilize geological software for resource modeling, estimation, and grade control.
- Communicate effectively with senior personnel in mining organizations.
- Stay curious about new technologies and service delivery methods.

About You
You bring a wealth of experience in exploration or mining geology and thrive in client-facing roles that require relationship-building, technical presentations, and effective communication.

Requirements
Key Qualifications and Skills :
- A tertiary degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience with geological or mining software solutions.
- 10+ years of operational experience on mine sites.
- Proven success in customer support, relationship building, and technical presentations.
- Strong understanding of geological software solutions and their applications.
