Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee the implementation of new digital processes, platforms, and customer experiences. Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to foster adoption and drive change. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers. Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, technology consulting, or a related leadership role. Demonstrated experience leading significant digital transformation programs from inception to completion. Expertise in cloud migration strategies, data analytics platforms, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams. Experience in the Mossel Bay, Western Cape area or a similar market is advantageous. Comfortable with a Hybrid work model, balancing client needs with remote flexibility.
