SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Business Analyst to join us. As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our banking services.
You will primarily be responsible for :
- Coaching and managing the output quality of a team of Business Analysts.
- Driving improvement of the Business Analysis practice in the Bank.
Additionally, you will analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance our digital banking experience, particularly on high-complexity initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of digital banking technologies and trends. Specific experience requirements include retail banking, digital banking (online and mobile app).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

- Providing coaching and mentorship to Business Analysts to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Reviewing and evaluating BAs' work outputs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Developing and refining business analysis methodologies and standards in collaboration with the BA chapter lead.
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of business requirements.
- Designing and delivering training programs for BAs and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitoring performance, setting goals, and providing feedback and recognition.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Leading analysis of business requirements and identifying digital transformation opportunities.
- Managing project timelines and deliverables using Agile practices.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Staying updated on industry trends to maintain the bank's competitive edge in digital banking.
