Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML development.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models for various applications.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, production-ready machine learning systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize model performance, efficiency, and scalability for deployment in real-world scenarios.
