Our Philosophy on Research & Insights: Through the use of primary and subscribed research, we have a wealth of data at our fingertips, but without valuable insight, the data is unable to influence actionable strategic decisions or business outcomes.

  • Clients, strategists, planners, and media investors rely on our market indicator data (media inflation and economic) to ensure effective budget investment.
  • Clients and strategists (media & communication) need to stay abreast of consumer behavior changes that shape customers and ultimately their business – the Research & Insights team develop regular trend and landscape updates.
  • Media strategists need to remain on the pulse of media consumption changes – holistically within the market, from a channel perspective and at a granular level within each market segment, of each brand and client.
  • Strategists (media and communication) need valuable data-led insights that feed the strategic process in order to steer and direct the touchpoint and channel decision-making process, develop meaningful communication and uncover new market opportunities that ultimately deliver business growth and real return on investment.
  • Clients and strategists need a deep understanding of the impact we make in partnership – we use brand-lift studies, ad-testing, brand tracking, attribution tools, and Marketing Mix Modeling to show the impact of our work on business outcomes.
  • Clients and strategists need to be kept in touch with the latest developments. Because of this, we actively seek out research and analytics talent with the personality, smarts, and attitude to manage multiple work streams, multiple clients, and multiple agency stakeholders.

Starcom wants you to grow and thrive in an environment and within a global community that demands excellence.
