Röhlig & Co in Cape Town seeks a Pricing Specialist for the Seafreight Division who turns data into smart pricing strategies to stay competitive and profitable. The role focuses on pricing estimates, rate optimization, and tender management within a busy freight environment.

You will record and report on sales estimates, ensure KPI targets are accurate, and prepare quarterly reports. Collaboration with internal teams and external clients is essential to maintain service levels and profitability.

Qualificações

• Matric with mathematical subjects
• NQF level 5 qualification in Import/Export
• At least 5 years’ multi-model estimates experience in freight forwarding pricing
• Numeracy skills
• Customer service orientation in a demanding sales environment

Responsabilidades

• Solution and strategy of estimating and preparation of freight movement requests
• Record and reporting on sales estimates
• Ensure all KPI’s are accurate and met
• Responsible for quarterly reports
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system

Are you a numbers-driven thinker with a passion for turning data into smart pricing strategies? We’re looking for a Pricing Specialist for the Cape Town Seafreight Division who can help us stay competitive and profitable.

Education

• Matric with Mathematical subjects
• 3-year Import or Export related qualification at NQF level 5.

Knowledge and experience

• Have specialist knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documents, procedures and practices gained through at least 5 years multi model estimates experience
• Numeracy Skills
• Customer service orientation - Able to handle a demanding customer and sales environment

• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work independently and handle pressure.
