Job summary

Houst is seeking a driven recent graduate to join our Data team on a contract basis. You will support data analysis, build dashboards, and own pricing algorithm improvements to maximise performance and revenue across markets.

Ideal candidates have a BSc or MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, or Data Analytics, with knowledge of SQL and Python or R, and familiarity with Looker/LookML. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a BSc or MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R.
• Experience with Looker/LookML development desirable.
• Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full data pipeline from data sources to BigQuery and dashboards.
• Maintain LookML code and develop new data models to meet business needs.
• Translate business needs into data solutions in collaboration with other teams.
• Support users in building dashboards and taking ownership where needed.
• Present information using data visualisation techniques and insights.
