We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and SEO to enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Main duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Google Ads and Merchant Center Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, ensuring accurate product data, troubleshooting disapprovals, and optimizing listings for better visibility.
- Monitor ad spend, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to improve efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes to maintain compliance and maximize effectiveness.
- SEO and Website Optimization:
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, product descriptions, and blogs for SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve site speed, crawl errors, and mobile usability issues.
- Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including traffic sources, conversion rates, and ad performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to generate insights and optimize marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve overall digital marketing strategy.
- Other marketing responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Oversee, monitor, manage, assist, and train marketing personnel functions such as database handling, marketing assistance, and internal sales department.
- Control and maintain budgets set.
- Manage distributors and source new potential distributors.
- Handle trademark renewals.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and skills:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and SEO.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to make strategic recommendations.
- Studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing.
- Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.
