Job summary

An established manufacturing/industrial company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to provide commercial insight through costing, pricing and supplier negotiations. You will work with Procurement, Finance and Operations to analyse costs, challenge pricing and support smarter purchasing decisions.

You will develop and maintain costing and pricing models, monitor cost drivers and inflation, review supplier quotes and contribute to margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with costing and pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Analysing supplier pricing, cost breakdowns and key cost drivers.
• Developing and maintaining costing and pricing models.
• Conducting costing, should-cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Monitoring price movements, inflation, exchange rate impacts and supplier increases.
• Analysing price variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Supporting supplier negotiations with detailed pricing and cost insights.
• Reviewing and validating supplier quotes, tenders and pricing adjustments.
• Benchmarking pricing against market data, historical spend and alternative suppliers.
