Qualifications

Job description

What you'll be doing:

• Designing engaging presentations that combine strong visual storytelling with clear and effective communication
• Transforming complex, technical, or data-heavy information into easy-to-understand visual content
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives and develop effective presentation solutions
• Creating presentation materials incorporating layouts, charts, diagrams, timelines, infographics, imagery, and interactive elements
• Ensuring all presentation materials are polished, professional, and aligned with brand standards
• Managing multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
• Providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness and impact of presentation materials
• Maintaining presentation templates and supporting visual assets to ensure consistency
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and confidently communicating recommendations and solutions
• Managing incoming requests and ensuring projects progress efficiently from brief through to final delivery

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in presentation development, visual communications, business communications, or a similar role
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with a strong understanding of presentation design principles
• Experience creating professional presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual communication, and audience-focused messaging
• Ability to structure content and present information in a clear, engaging, and visually effective way.
• Experience working with charts, diagrams, infographics, and data visualisation techniques
• Comfortable working across both PC and Mac environments
• Experience using PowerPoint add-ins, plugins, or advanced presentation functionality would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach

Qualification:

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Business Communication, or a related field
• Relevant professional experience will also be considered in place of a formal qualification

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting executive, sales, marketing, or commercial teams with presentation materials
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic asset editing and preparation
• Experience creating presentation templates and maintaining brand consistency
