Job summary

Top Vitae is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Brands team. You will lead design projects for global markets and oversee a Junior Graphic Designer reporting to the Brand Manager.

Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints—from packaging to campaigns, social to in-store displays. You will collaborate with procurement and marketing to deliver integrated creative solutions, evolve brand identities, and explore new visual ideas that keep the brand current with international

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in a Senior Graphic design role in agency or in-house.
• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing: Brand Development, Visual storytelling, and Proven concept development (able to lead the process).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with multi-format campaigns (digital, print, in-store).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Our client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is conceptually strong, proactive, and curious by nature, to join their vibrant Brands team. You'll be lead on design projects for global markets, while overseeing a Junior Graphic Designer (both report directly to the Brand Manager). Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints - from packaging to campaigns, social to in-store displays. Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development:

• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts that align with the brand’s strategy, led by business objectives.

• This includes but is not limited to: OOH advertising, packaging, logos, marketing materials, social media designs, campaign, POSM designs, client presentations and business proposals.

• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, continuously improving design techniques and processes.

Brand Consistency Champion:

• Ensure brand consistency across multiple product lines and formats, ensuring alignment with the company’s CI.

• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement & marketing/sales) to deliver integrated creative solutions and meet design needs, ensuring brand consistency across all visuals.

• Maintain and evolve brand identities.

Multi-Channel Design Skills:

• Animation design and video editing where needed.

• Planning and overseeing photography projects. Photography experience not required but will be an advantage.

• Developing new visual ideas and concepts to ensure the company’s brand is up to date with current and trending international standards.

• Create high-quality, on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns across formats (digital & print). This includes design for digital platforms, and producing print-ready designs e.g., packaging, POSM, trade materials (presentations, brochures, proposals, collateral), and other collateral (signage, apparel & stationery).

Speed and Adaptability

• Manage multiple design projects with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

• You have an ability to adapt quickly and show initiative.

Collaborative and proactive

• You take ownership of outcomes, are proactive and thrive in collaborating, welcoming feedback, and working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.

• Work hand-in-hand procurement doing research & effective communication with service providers in production is crucial to ensure designs are created with technical requirements in mind at the start of projects.

• Version control and timely filing of all design files on the drive.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ experience in a Senior Graphic design role in agency or in-house. Having both would be an advantage.

• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design is essential
