A leading fibre service provider in Cape Town is seeking a Prepaid Sales Associate (12-month FTC) to identify and generate leads for FTTH and FTTB services. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification, at least 6 months of experience in direct sales, and strong communication skills. This role requires reliable transport and offers the opportunity to develop leads through networking and cold calls, enhancing brand awareness. No remote work is permitted.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and generate leads for Fibre To The Home (FTTH) and Fibre To The Business (FTTB) and Prepaid fibre services.
  • Conduct external networking or door-to-door canvassing to cultivate new leads.
  • Perform cold calls to inactive customers on the network to assess service feasibility.
  • Strategically plan canvassing routes and manage flyer distribution campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate client database, preferably using Google Sheets.
  • Organize and execute activations within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and estates to boost service uptake.
Qualifications
  • A completed Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 months\' experience in direct sales, promotions, telesales and internet service provider.
  • Must possess own reliable transport. No remote work.
  • Confident, outgoing, and helpful personality; a strong team player is essential.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other database management tools.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
