Candidate Profile
- At least 35 years experience in a similar role within a franchised dealership
- Solid understanding of the used vehicle market in Gauteng, particularly the East Rand region
- Proven ability to appraise vehicles accurately and make profitable stock decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales ability
- Highly organised with a focus on results and accountability
- Valid South African drivers license and clean driving record
