We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales team in Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensuring sales targets are met.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing training and support.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and vehicle quality.
Negotiate trade-in deals and assess vehicle valuations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and financial institutions.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve any client concerns effectively.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Implement and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns for pre-owned vehicles.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in vehicle sales, with at least 3-6 years in a management role (pre-owned sales experience preferred).
Education: Matric Certificate (relevant sales/management qualification is an advantage).
Driver's License: Valid Code 8 (Essential).
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and dealership management systems.
Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, vehicle pricing, and trade-in evaluations.
