Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent Premium Automotive Car Sales experience required.

Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Sell the maximum number of new cars to achieve sales targets
  2. Achieve maximum first and second gross profits
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
  4. Initiate, negotiate and close deals
  5. Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation
  6. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
  7. Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars
  8. Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base
  9. Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
  10. Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care.

Requirements:

  1. Must have min 5 years recent Premium Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership (Merc / BMW / Audi / Land Rover / Volvo / Lexus)
  2. Between the ages of 25-50 years of age
  3. Matric (Grade 12)
  4. 3 Months Commission sheets / Payslips
  5. Self and Target Driven
  6. Leads Management Experience
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Strong Deal building and negotiation skills
  9. PC Literate MS Office Suite with any of the following systems - SWP, Motovate, BSI, rSTS system
  10. Social media knowledge
  11. Valid Drivers License
