Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for a successful, experienced, and high-performing Premium Brand-New Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team and drive sales to the next level.

Remuneration:
Market related plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle, and Fuel Allowance.
Duties include:
- Sell the maximum number of new cars to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close deals.
- Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
- Network, promote, and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars.
- Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross).
- Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care.
Requirements:
- Must have min 5 years recent Premium Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership (Merc / BMW / Audi / Land Rover / Volvo / Lexus).
- Between the ages of 25 – 50 years of age.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 3 Months Commission sheets / Payslips.
- Self and Target Driven.
- Leads Management Experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Deal building and negotiation skills.
- PC Literate – MS Office Suite with any of the following systems - SWP, Motovate, BSI, rSTS system.
- Social media knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License.
