Job summary

Placements24 is seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Line Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Vereeniging. You will assemble components according to instructions and quality standards, working as part of a team to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a strong work ethic. On-the-job training is provided, with overtime opportunities and a safe, supportive work

Qualifications

Experience on an Assembly Line or in manufacturing is advantageous.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Team player with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently according to SOPs.
Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to ensure specifications.
Operate and maintain assembly line equipment as required.
Identify and report production issues, defects or equipment malfunctions to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets.
