Job summary

Placements24 is seeking dedicated Assembly Workers to join a Paarl-based manufacturing site. You will assemble components and sub-assemblies, following precise work instructions, and contribute to timely production.

The role requires good manual dexterity, safety compliance, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. Training is provided, and overtime opportunities are available in a stable, growing factory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assembly or production environment preferred.
• Able to follow detailed work instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured products and components according to work instructions.
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.
• Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
