Ariston Group seeks a Technical Sales Support & Training Specialist to assist in product training and technical support for agents and channel partners. The role involves delivering training, managing programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise. Candidates should have a formal trade qualification in plumbing and extensive experience in the construction industry.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically minded Technical Sales Support & Training Specialist to assist our Pre-Sales Manager and support our agents and channel partners. This role focuses on delivering product training, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through deep product knowledge and responsive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
• Formal trade qualification in plumbing, preferably NQF 4 or higher will be highly recommended
• Min qualification of Matric needed
• Formal training on the installation on one or more water heating products
• Strong technical understanding of the building and construction market is essential
• Ability to read and interpret building/construction drawings and specifications
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a technical support, pre-sales, or training role in the construction or building materials industry
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage
• Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantity) documentation and pricing structures
