  • Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution designs.
  • Participate in on-site implementation, configuration, and commissioning of solutions as required.
  • Provide technical support for deployed solutions, including remote or on-site fault diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance, system updates, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with new technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical engagements and support activities using CRM and other relevant systems.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or a related engineering field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar pre-sales or technical role, preferably in satellite, microwave, PTT, or telecoms-related environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RF and IP-based communication systems.
  • Experience with satellite terminals, microwave links, PTT systems, and related infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in solution design tools, network planning, and system integration.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and technical tools.
