Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Networking Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to provide technical support, demonstrate product features, and deliver customized networking solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored networking solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of networking products and solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Design and propose comprehensive networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Sourceworx and our networking solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, with a focus on networking solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and network security.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to design and implement networking solutions.
  • Experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
