Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to provide technical support, demonstrate product features, and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored Microsoft Solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft products.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Design and propose comprehensive solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Sourceworx and our Microsoft Solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, with a focus on Microsoft Solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to design and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and networking.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
