Pre-Sales Consultant Supply Chain & Manufacturing Planning DELMIA

The DELMIA brand focuses on empowering manufacturing, supply chain, and service providers to plan, manage, optimize, and execute their operations efficiently, from strategic network planning to manufacturing scheduling, aiming for next-generation supply chain efficiency.

Role Description & Responsibilities

1. Be part of the "EuroWest" team supporting MEA pre-sales activities related to DELMIA Quintiq & DELMIA Ortems solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to execute technical activities throughout the sales cycle.
3. Define, develop, and implement strategies for opportunities, identifying challenges and key stakeholders.
4. Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how solutions can deliver value.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and tenders.
6. Act as the Opportunity Technical Leader, overseeing related activities.
7. Support pre-sales activities through advice, methodologies, and informational sessions.
8. Collaborate across all relevant Dassault Systèmes organizations.

Qualifications

1. BSc, MSc, or PhD in Business Administration, IT, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management, with relevant electives.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with skills in transportation, logistics, supply chain processes, and planning software.
3. Ability to work independently within multicultural teams and engage with organizational levels from operations to C-Level.
4. Experience with value-based selling approaches.
5. Curious, solution-oriented, responsible, ownership-driven, and persistent.
6. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with initial training in Velizy, France.
7. Fluent in English; French is preferred.
