Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Cape Town is seeking a dedicated night care assistant to provide the highest level of care to residents while they sleep.

You will monitor residents overnight, assist with personal care, maintain dignity, support eating and drinking, and report changes to the supervisor. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

A calm, reliable night-shift presence and respectful approach are required.

• Closely monitoring residents during the night and undertaking regular checks
• Supporting residents with eating and drinking
• Ensuring the home and equipment is safe clean and tidy at all times
• Completing accurate care records and reporting any changes in the residents to the person in charge

Job description
