Job summary

FitMed24 is seeking a night care assistant to provide the highest level of care to residents, ensuring dignity and individuality. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a compassionate approach, with training provided if you lack previous care experience.

You will assist with personal care, monitor residents during the night, support eating and drinking, and keep the home clean and safe while recording observations for the person in charge.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Care of older people experience preferred but training provided.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
