Practicing Attorney – CLPA

Main job function
We are looking for a Practicing Attorney who thrives under pressure, works independently, and brings strong courtroom and case management experience to the table. Commencement is immediate and salary competitive, to be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Articles of Clerkship.

Criteria

1. 5+ years of experience as a Practicing Attorney.
2. High Court and Magistrates Court litigation experience.
3. Expertise in both soft and hard collections.
4. Proficient in Case lines & Court Online.
5. Afrikaans first language, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
6. Excellent drafting, briefing, and case management skills.
7. Strong administrative, multitasking & delegation abilities.
8. Confident working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
