Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic PR principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop press materials and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and company events.
• Monitor media coverage and compile daily/weekly media clippings reports.
• Maintain and update media contact databases and influencer lists.
• Respond to basic media inquiries under supervision.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential media opportunities.
• Assist in managing social media content updates and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the PR and communications team, including scheduling meetings.
• Track PR campaign performance and data collection.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
