Job Description

As a PR & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the organisation's brand image and promote NH hotel brand and services. This role involves building strong relationships with media, creating engaging marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent communication across various channels. The overall objective is to position the hotel to achieve the PR & Marketing objectives and business strategy of the hotel and the overall NH brand.

Marketing Strategy:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  2. Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  4. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.

Public Relations:

  1. Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain a positive public image.
  2. Cultivate relationships with media representatives and influencers.
  3. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials.
  4. Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and other media events.
  5. Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Manage and update the hotel’s social media channels.
  2. Develop and implement online marketing campaigns.
  3. Monitor online presence and engage with audiences through social media platforms.

Content Creation:

  1. Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
  2. Ensure that content aligns with the organization’s brand voice and messaging.

Brand Management:

  1. Maintain and reinforce the organization’s brand identity and messaging.
  2. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  2. A strong grasp of Operational Systems (Micros POS, My Symphony, Opera, and MC).
  3. Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. A positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high-quality customer care.
  5. Great interpersonal skills.
  6. Digital and technology-savvy.
  7. Innovative and proactive in approach and implementation.
  8. Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
