About The Job

  • We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive or senior management team. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communication, and handle a range of administrative duties to enhance productivity and efficiency in the executive’s day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Diary Management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Prepare daily schedules, agendas, and reminder alerts for meetings and deadlines
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and executive summaries as required
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal matters
  • Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and briefings
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when needed
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and workshops
  • Personal Task Assistance (Where Applicable)
  • Assist with personal errands, bookings, and appointments for the executive
  • Support in managing household, personal finances, or family-related tasks if requested
  • Handle ad hoc requests with flexibility and discretion

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • 2–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
