Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive powertrain design and development.
• Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools; hands-on dynamometer testing.
• Experience with ICE; knowledge of EV/hybrid powertrains is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop powertrain components and systems, including engines, transmissions, and drivelines.
• Conduct simulations and analyses (CFD/FEA) to optimize performance, efficiency, and durability.
• Plan and execute dynamometer and road testing for validation of powertrain components.
• Analyze test data and implement design modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Ensure compliance with emissions regulations and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in powertrain development and testing.
• Contribute to development of hybrid and electric powertrains.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations; stay updated on automotive trends.
