The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems), 6+ years in planning or design, and experience with PSS/E or PowerFactory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in power systems planning, operations, or design.
• Experience with power system planning software (PSS/E, PowerFactory).
• Knowledge of renewable energy integration challenges and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct long-term load forecasting and system capacity analysis for the electricity network.
• Plan and model the expansion and reinforcement of transmission and distribution infrastructure.
• Evaluate the impact of new generation sources, including renewables, on grid stability.
• Perform power flow, stability, and short-circuit studies using planning software.
