Are you a driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex power solutions on time and within budget?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced Power Project Manager to join a leading organisation within the Energy and Transportation sector. This role is based in Boksburg and offers the chance to lead major electrical infrastructure projects in a high-performance environment.

Working under the guidance of the Programme Manager, the successful candidates will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical power projects — from planning and scheduling through to commissioning and closeout. This is a key position requiring a strong technical background, sound project governance, and the leadership ability to drive cross-functional teams towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update MS Project schedules across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead the execution of full project lifecycle including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage contractor compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and HSE standards.
• Oversee financial aspects including cash flow forecasts, cost analysis, and invoicing.
• Drive risk reviews and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Guide and coach project teams to meet strategic quality and performance targets.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, handovers, and project closeouts.
• Implement continuous improvement through lessons learned and system updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc Eng, B.Eng., BTech.) or a related field.
• 3–5+ years’ experience managing complex electrical projects.
• Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Projects).
• Familiarity with power distribution systems and project delivery within compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage risk, and deliver against KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
