Testing and Quality Assurance
- Write and maintain unit tests for custom development and business functionality.
- Support and contribute to automated regression testing.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and workflow issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and technical assistance.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, quality, and performance requirements.
Solution Management and Deployment
- Work with managed and unmanaged solutions in Microsoft Dataverse.
- Follow established ALM practices across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain solution layering integrity and avoid unintended customisation conflicts.
