• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Specialist with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, a solid understanding of SQL or PostgreSQL, and a proactive mindset.
• As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to design, develop, and implement data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
• Qualities of a suitable candidate include the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, have strong problem-solving skills, and a high standard of communication skills in English or Afrikaans (both verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.
• Write and optimize SQL / PostgreSQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization technologies.

Education & Experience : Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL or PostgreSQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :
