Job description

Write publications, present research outcomes, and compile popular publications and newsletters.

The incumbent will also be involved in general laboratory operations, training, and supervising students.

Maintain genetic material for conservation purposes, including seed collection and maintenance.

Assist in sample collection (soil, plants, and seeds), preparation, and data analysis.

Liaise with growers, industry technical officers, and government officials at the national and provincial levels.

Assist in community engagement and conduct surveys.

Participate in sample collection, data capturing, and ensure adherence to data quality control protocols.

Conduct regular crop cultivation and management in the field and controlled environments.
