Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field relevant to computational biology.
• Strong programming in Python, R, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with biological databases (NCBI, Ensembl) and omics data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational algorithms and statistical models for analyzing high-dimensional biological data (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics).
• Design and conduct computational experiments to investigate disease pathogenesis and identify potential therapeutic targets.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to validate computational predictions using wet-lab techniques.
• Contribute to the development of databases and software tools for biological data sharing and analysis.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present research findings at scientific meetings.
