Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data capture for new business and handle Quote for Change (QFC) processes.
• Process plan anniversary updates and post-sale member service updates.
• Conduct data validation checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy.
• Manage workflows for post-sale service requests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Act as a contact point for internal teams on post-sale servicing queries.
