Affirmative Portfolios in Johannesburg is seeking a Post Investment Associate to monitor investment portfolios and conduct post‑investment due diligence. You will support portfolio risk management and perform valuations and impairment calculations for diverse investees.

Responsibilities include site visits, regulatory compliance oversight, and quarterly risk reporting. The role requires strong deal‑making, project management, and financial modelling skills, with an audit background being

Competenze

Graduate degree in business/finance or accounting required.
Honours degree in finance/accounting or CTA recommended.
Experience in post-investment monitoring and due diligence preferred.

Mansioni

Conduct post-investment due diligence and monitor investments in allocated portfolio.
Perform due diligence on applications for further funding and seek approvals from committees.
Conduct periodic site visits to investee companies.
Oversee investee legal compliance and valuations.
Prepare impairment calculations and quarterly risk analyses.
