Job description

Safety & Security Manager

The position of Safety & Security Manager at Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club is available, and applications are awaited.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the integration of security activities to ensure a secure lifestyle for residents of the Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club. The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all security functions at the Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Management of Security Contract
  2. Management of security infrastructure
  3. Liaise with the relevant service providers
  4. Maintain a trust relationship with the residents and the protection of their lifestyle
  5. Incident Investigations
  6. Establish external relationships with the relevant role players
  7. Rule enforcement and compliance
  8. Health and safety / other applicable legislation compliance
  9. Monitor CCTV footage
  10. Law and order
  11. Tech savvy
  12. Analyze and integrate security systems
  13. Maintain knowledge of emergency trends and security management
Desired Experience & Qualification
  1. Matric
  2. PSIRA Grade A or B registered
  3. Relevant security / management qualifications and minimum 5 years' experience in the management of the Security Environment, preferable in residential security
  4. Valid driver's license
  5. Own reliable transport
  6. Live within a 20 minute drive from the Estate
