Role Purpose:

The Strategic Partnerships team manages our Partnerships with select key Partners like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple , Nvidia , Amazon etc and promotes business development efforts seeking and exploring new opportunities to access new technology and innovative collaborations that support our business. Our goal is to bring a focused approach to complex engagements and ensure our strategy and joint business goals are well aligned.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead select Partner relationships for Group
  • To work with different parts of the business to deliver ideas, products and services (This would involve working on documentation, providing inputs and evaluation for financial business cases, support of agreements, defining business rules and working with customer experience teams to define and refine customer journeys)
  • Build the strategic business case for the partnership taking a holistic view and presenting to leads and executive stakeholders
  • To come up with new product ideas based on consumer and market trends and also historical data and performance
  • Best practise sharing cross operations and supporting on GTM’s along with partners
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A relevant 3 year degree or tertiary qualification equivalent to at least a 3 year technical or commercial degree with marketing and/or product development relevance essential.

  • A strong blend of technology and commercial
  • Self-starter. Proactive, with strong personal drive
  • Stakeholder management and Ability to influence and work with virtual teams
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Creative with the ability to view a problem from different angles

Prior Experience:

  • Should have worked in a telco environment for atleast 12 years .
  • Account / Partner management and Business development experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience in complex non-transactional elements of partner relationship management including operations and engagement cadence
