Are you passionate about municipal sustainability and service delivery? A national organisation supporting all SA municipalities is hiring a Portfolio Head: Trading Services to lead transformation in water, electricity, sanitation, broadband, and waste services.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in municipal utilities or institutions (public or private) that support local government.

You understand how to link service delivery to revenue generation and help municipalities become more sustainable.

What you'll bring :

• 10+ years senior experience in utilities or local government.
• Deep knowledge of revenue-generating services (electricity, water, waste).
• Experience leading large teams or programmes in service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and policy insight.
