Part of nGAGE Talent Limited is seeking a Project Director to lead owner-side management of a portfolio of utility-scale Solar PV projects with BESS where applicable. You will oversee governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams from development through handover.

The role combines portfolio oversight with hands-on project management, requiring close collaboration with Development, Transactions, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SHSEQ,

Qualifications

• Experience leading owner-side management of large renewable energy portfolios.
• Knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements for SA projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret contracts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects from development to handover.
• Coordinate governance, risk, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder engagement across workstreams.
• Directly manage projects and provide leadership to other Project Managers as needed.
• Attend progress meetings with contractors and consultants and provide escalation guidance.
