• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, physics, and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new polymer formulations and composite materials.
• Characterize material properties using DSC, TGA, FTIR, tensile testing, and microscopy.
• Develop and validate testing protocols for new materials.
• Analyze material failures and identify root causes.
