Qualifikationen

• PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Organic Chemistry, or related field.
• Postdoctoral research or minimum 3 years of industrial R&D experience.
• Proven expertise in polymer synthesis techniques (e.g., free radical, anionic, cationic, condensation).
• Strong hands-on polymer characterization experience (GPC, NMR, FTIR, DSC, TGA).
• Excellent understanding of polymer physics and material science principles.
